Job Description
TASQ is urgently looking to fill an onsite position for an Operations Assistant Manager (Sales Telco).
The initial prescreening interview will be conducted over the phone.
**Position Overview: Operations Assistant Manager (Sales Telco)**
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities:**
Coordinates daily operations and facilitates the implementation of short to mediumterm activities within the team.
Provides input on policies processes and standards with a focus on tactical and operational decisions within a defined scope.
Manages a diverse team comprised of specialists and support roles taking full responsibility for the employee lifecycle.
**Essential Requirements:**
At least 1 year of sales experience
Experience with outbound and inbound sales
Available to start immediately
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
