Job Description

TASQ is looking to hire a Japanese Operations Supervisor for a position in Quezon City. The initial prescreening interview will be conducted via phone.

**Position Overview: Japanese Operations Supervisor (Eastwood)**

**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with minimal overtime of 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on business demands.

**Responsibilities:**

Supervise a team of 15 bilingual agents.

Assist in developing and improving operational procedures.

Coach motivate reward counsel and handle disciplinary actions as necessary.

Deliver highquality service to both internal and external customers both online and offline.

Support agents in customer interactions that require special attention and take customer calls as needed.

Facilitate open communication among agents supervisors and management.

**Requirements:**

Proficient in the Japanese language.

Fluent in English.

At least 1 year of experience in a team leader role.

Willingness to work in Eastwood Quezon City.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Experience as a Team Leader in the BPO industry.

Knowledge of the BPO sector.

Previous sales experience.
