Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in customer success account management sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with a customerfirst mindset.
  • Good problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
  • Techsavvy and quick to learn new tools and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist customers with onboarding training and technical support inquiries.
  • Monitor customer activity adoption and feedback to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Handle customer issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and updates.
  • Support in improving customer service processes and suggesting enhancements.
  • Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams to drive customer success initiatives.
