Job Description

Remote Customer Care Supervisor with an Ecommerce Corporation (Dutch Language)

Work remotely from anywhere in Portugal! Youve got to be located in Portugal.

Salary is EUR 1350 per month gross with bonuses

Supervisors are key leaders who inspire and guide teams of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to achieve and surpass performance goals while ensuring high standards of quality customer satisfaction and operational excellence. They provide ongoing coaching support motivation and education to empower their teams to succeed every day.

What youll do:

  • Actively manage and deliver the required service levels to maximize team productivity contributing to desired operational outcomes.

  • Take initiative drive results and take ownership of your teams performance.

  • Lead weekly T4I meetings (Team for Involvement Improvement Innovation Increased KSAT) to foster engagement and growth.

  • Offer realtime support to CSRs in handling transactions and provide floor walking assistance.

  • Implement companyapproved strategies and align team goals with broader objectives.

  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts bringing forward creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance processes within the department and the organization.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant processes procedures and policies including GDPR GECSP Information Security HR and more.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational success.

What youll need:

  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch.

  • A Higher Education Degree (preferred).

  • For internal candidates completion of the JUMP supervisor certification.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and impactful messages.

  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
