What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Support Agent you will:
Be the voice of our company your role directly impacts our customers
Assist Germanspeaking customers through phone email chat and social media
Provide expert support for merchants regarding products and services
Continuously optimize processes to improve merchant satisfaction
Collaborate with teams like Sales and Marketing
Join a diverse international and multilingual team
Your Qualifications
We believe youll be a great fit if you:
Are fluent in French (C1 and have an advanced level of English (B2
Have strong communication skills and are customerfocused approachable and patient
Possess a high level of empathy and are committed to delivering outstanding service
Can handle escalations and solve complex issues with ease
Have prior customer support experience
Are comfortable with omnichannel support (phone chat email) and managing multiple tools
Have a problemsolving mindset and the persistence to resolve challenges
Are organized and remain calm under pressure
Are proficient with smartphones tablets and computers
