Salary is EUR 1250 per month gross with bonuses

About the Client

Our client is a leading global social media platform.

Your Role

  • Support small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) across chat email and phone

  • Assist clients in growing their presence through digital advertising tools

  • Provide both presales and postsales support for selfservice products

  • Deliver toptier product and tool support to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Identify trends and proactively resolve challenges for SMB clients

  • Offer timely solutions and keep clients informed throughout the process

  • Share product insights and customer feedback with internal teams

  • Help clients maximize their success with tailored recommendations

What Youll Bring

  • Nativelevel fluency in French

  • Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level)

  • Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms

  • At least one year of experience in customer support or a similar role

  • Strong verbal written and listening skills

  • Flexibility adaptability and a proactive mindset

  • Experience in a call center or fastpaced service environment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends on rotation
