Salary is EUR 1250 per month gross with bonuses

About the Client
Our client is a leading global social media platform.
Your Role

Support small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs) across chat email and phone
-
Assist clients in growing their presence through digital advertising tools
-
Provide both presales and postsales support for selfservice products
-
Deliver toptier product and tool support to enhance customer satisfaction
-
Identify trends and proactively resolve challenges for SMB clients
-
Offer timely solutions and keep clients informed throughout the process

Share product insights and customer feedback with internal teams
-
Help clients maximize their success with tailored recommendations
What Youll Bring

Nativelevel fluency in French
-
Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level)

Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms

At least one year of experience in customer support or a similar role

Strong verbal written and listening skills

Flexibility adaptability and a proactive mindset

Experience in a call center or fastpaced service environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends on rotation
