As a Customer Service Representative based onsite in Lisbon Portugal youll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while helping our clients exceed expectations in quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What Youll Be Doing:

Handle calls and chats from customers seeking information about their insurance policies

Process requests through policy systems and respond via email or written communication

Index and archive documents using our digital tools

Manage policy updates payment information claims and cancellations
What Were Looking For:

Proficiency in German (C2 and fluency in English (B2

Prior customer service experience is an advantage

Strong communication skills with a professional solutionoriented approach
