Were seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Prime Air team. You will work closely with marketing product program supply chain and BIE/DE to identify areas to drive business improvements.

Key job responsibilities
Design develop and maintain business marketing manufacturing operations and supply chain KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and optimization
Understands current and future business needs by working closely with stakeholders to recognize upcoming needs and requirements
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting analysis and research (data integrity test design analysis validation and documentation)
Directly perform adhoc analysis to determine the root cause issues of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadership
Work backwards from our customers e.g. able to see and explain how customer behaviors show up (or dont) in the data available
3 years of business analyst data analyst or similar role experience
5 years of Excel (including VBA pivot tables array functions power pivots etc. and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience with Excel
Experience with SmartSheets tool for work flow management data visualization and metrics reporting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
