You will be accountablefor the coordination and enabling the site Asset & technology leader in the overall lossprevention of the plant equipment and process technology site facilities & buildings to support delivery of theSQCDSM will ensure uninterrupted service is provided by 100 compliance to Local legalregulations Quality Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.
How you will contribute
You will:
Coordinate the internal and external teams to execute the Building and Facilities Maintenance program.
Develop maintenance plans and schedules to prevent disruptions.
Monitor the performance indicators.
Integrate the continuous improvement approach in your team and your activities.
Prepare and participate in audits.
Develop and mentor the team leading staff through change objectives and reviewing performance on a regular basis.
Provide oversight and inspection of overall factory condition and creates action plans for correction/maintenance as necessary.
Define priorities in order to deliver the objectives and goals.
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors for Building and Facilities services.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in managing site level Facilities or related projects.
Management experience and proven leadership abilities with a strong commitment.
Ability to multitask in a complex environment.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of the basic principles of maintenance plan.
Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word Excel PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems.
Excellentcommunication skills (Verbal and Written) Analytical & Problem solving skills strong collaboration andrelationship management skills.
