Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive at IMO youll play a key role in expanding our footprint within the SMB healthcare technology marketand growing our presence through our strategic partnership with NextGen. Reporting to the Sales Director youll manage a territory of small to midsized accounts driving revenue through upsells crosssells and new business acquisition.
This role is ideal for a selfstarter with a passion for healthcare innovation a knack for building strong client relationships and a proven ability to close SaaS deals in a fastpaced highvolume environment. If you thrive in a collaborative entrepreneurial setting and are motivated by making a real impact inthe healthcare space we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOULL DO:

    • Own a defined territory focused on SMB health tech vendors and NextGens customer base
    • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan including detailed forecasts and pipeline management
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets
    • Build strong relationships within existing accounts to drive upsell and crosssell opportunities across IMOs portfolio of clinical terminology and analytics solutions
    • Educate clients on the value and impact of IMOs solutions for clinical and operational success
    • Actively manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to negotiation and close
    • Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare IT trends and the competitive landscape
    • Keep CRM systems current and use sales data to inform outreach strategy and forecasting

WHAT YOULL NEED:

    • 1 years of B2B sales experience preferably in a highvolume environment targeting SMB accounts
    • Proven success closing deals and managing full sales cycles
    • Experience selling Healthcare SaaS or to healthcare technology vendors strongly preferred
    • Confident selfmotivated and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
    • Strong relationshipbuilding and consultative selling skills
    • Excellent communication organization and time management skills
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and comfort using sales tech tools to manage pipeline and activities
    • Willingness to travel occasionally to our Illinois offices <10
$65000 $88000 a year
Compensation at IMO Health is determined by job level role requirements and each candidates experience skills and location. The listed base pay represents the target for new hires with individual compensation varying accordingly. These figures exclude potential bonuses equity or sales incentives which may also be part of the total compensation package. Our recruiter will provide additional details during the hiring process.
