Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative
Location: Calusa Crossing Animal Hospital
Position Type: PartTime or FullTime
Calusa Crossing Animal Hospital is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team! As the first point of contact for our clients youll play a key role in setting the tone for their visit. Were seeking a friendly detailoriented individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment communicates clearly and is passionate about animal care.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Pay Range: $15.00$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Parttime or fulltime hours
Must be available to work every other Saturday
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Check in appointments confirm visit details and escort clients to exam rooms
Process payments schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
Answer incoming calls regarding appointments medication refills and general inquiries
Make outbound calls for reminders followups and client communication
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front office area
Demonstrate knowledge of:
Basic vaccination protocols
Lab tests and common diseases
Veterinary terminology and pet behavior
Qualifications
Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferred
Strong multitasking organizational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment
AVIMARK experience is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates strongly preferred
