Sinomax is currently hiring forA Bilingual HR Recruiter/Coordinator. This position pays $50k 56k annually. Hours are 7:00 3:30 PM Monday Friday.

We are seeking a highly organized multitasker with excellent time management skills. This role involves companywide recruiting for highlevel positions providing general support to the HR department with a focus on recruitment and onboarding as well as managing front desk reception will include:

  • Greet welcome and direct all visitors.
  • Assists with new hire onboarding with an emphasis on I9s offboarding and employee relations.
  • Company wide highlevel recruiting needs in additional to local manufacturing recruitment needs.
  • Handle data entry tasks related to employee information and benefits.
  • Support HR sourcing activities and assist in the recruitment process.
  • Assists with filing of Human Resource Department records maintaining an efficient filing system including print and electronic records.
  • Enters information accurately into Human Resource databases maintaining database integrity.
  • Explains checks to employees printing pay stub reports for employees as needed.
  • Assist with employee basic questions about payroll benefit and attendance points policy.
  • Collaborate with Production teams on various projects.
  • Maintain the attendance call out line
  • Review Time & Attendance daily to resolve missed punches input PTO hours etc. for hourly employees.
  • Helps monitor attendance points and coordinate with Leadership for corrective action administration.
  • Assist in maintaining employee documentation into HRIS (Paycor) system.
  • Other duties as needed.

This is an evolving role. The right person would be able to fulfil these position requirements:

  • Five years of professional work experience in an office environment preferably in HR.
  • Extremely well organized and able to multi task.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office: Excel Outlook and Word.Paycor experience a plus.
  • Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
  • Intrinsically motivated to work with minimal supervision.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all Human Resource Department information.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Commitment to punctuality.
