Job Description:
The Coach Operator is responsible for following safety protocol schedules predetermined routes to transport corporate employees between various stops.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality
- Accurately complete vehicle safety checks and escalate any issues
- Compliance with all traffic laws and federal and state transit regulations
- Interact with customers and our central dispatch team and managers in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all riders i.e. answer questions about schedules routes transfer points and delays
- Promptly report vehicle maintenance road and route concerns accidents and other traffic disruptions using twoway radios or handsfree devices
- Additional duties and responsibilities may apply
Skills Required and Physical Demands:
- Use route navigation apps and other technology including knowledge of area to pick up and drop off our customers
- Maintain electronic logs to track routes and incidents
- Ability to safely operate and drive without a break for a minimum period of one hour and fortyfive minutes
- Ability to drive in fluctuating weather and terrain
- Flexible scheduled to work outside of regular days and shifts
- Comfortable working a split shift schedule
- Ability to lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading and unloading ADA passengers

Education and Qualifications:
Hard Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Commercial drivers license
- Passenger endorsement
- Air brakes endorsement
- Ability to pass a DOT physical drug test and background check
Preferred Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year of driving experience
