Come join our dynamic team as a Senior Product Manager to help build a product vision and roadmap to deliver a highly successful enterprise level product and solution framework! We are seeking an experienced individual to define functional needs of complex applications and programs with clarity of end outcomes acceptance criteria dependencies and prioritization.An understanding of strategies tactics and measurement and verification requirements related to implementing complex solutions with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS)will make you successful in this role. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a global team of product managers engineering leads and architects who are well versed with IWMS.And a bonus... you will be able to work remotely!
How you will do it
Lead evolution of the Product Roadmap based on customer feedback market analysis competitive research strategic priorities and infrastructure/ architecture needs
Partner with Global Business Development and Sales teams Customer Success Marketing CX/UX and peer Product Managers to capture and prioritize product needs
Communicate product vision to senior leadership and contribute to major corporate initiatives as part of a workgroup
Take highlevel concepts and drive them through the evaluation and exploration of potential solutions
Enable customer adoption and report on success metrics for product features and customer value generated
As a SME contribute to the presales process through technical scoping solution design and engage with customers when required
Report and review the progress of key release milestones with stakeholders; formalize communication plan to ensure timely accurate information and updates are provided to appropriate stakeholders
Enhance team excellence and raise the Innovation bar by accepting ownership for accomplishing new challenging and diverse requests and by continually exploring opportunities to increase the value of JCI products to existing and new customers
What you will need
Required
Bachelors degree in engineering Management Business or related field
7 years experience in an Agile work environment
Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies values and procedures
Excellent analytical problemsolving and project management skills with a high attention to detail
Selfmotivation with a capability of managing multiple priorities and tasks
Flexibility and ability to reprioritize multiple projects and deadlines based on business need
Teamplayer attitude with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types
Strong consensus building conflict resolution and persuasive skills
Creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex time critical problems
Ability to uncover and define market problems and competitive landscape
Travel up to 10
Preferred
Strong understanding and experience leading Mobile products
Strong understanding experience leading IWMS / CMMS products
