Role Overview
This role provides immediate response to operational requirements in a sales administrative environment in accordance with SLA parameters. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

Role Requirements: Skills Qualifications and Experience
Matric.
Post matric qualification will be advantageous.
Strong Excel skills.
Experience in supporting a sales team.

Take accountability for own work.
Provides administrative services for the sales and distribution function. Generates sales forecasts cost budgets depletion reports product allocations and other administrative reports.Identify potential customers by obtaining information referrals and recommendations from existing customers.
Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
Receive visitors and respond accurately and promptly to a broad range of questions and issues raised.
Schedule appointments make arrangements for meetings and conferences and organize travel plans following instructions to ensure more senior colleagues or a senior executive make the best use of their time.
Provide advanced product/service information and respond to basic customer questions about the product/service.
Produce update and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents databases and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasing materials entering budgetary information and recording time and expenses.
Develop working knowledge of the organizations policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.
Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
