Personal Insurance Account Manager
Location: Raleigh NC Hybrid
An established and respected insurance agency is seeking a personable serviceoriented Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment enjoys building client relationships and is passionate about delivering topnotch service.
Youll be responsible for providing timely quotes identifying crossselling opportunities and managing all aspects of personal lines accounts with care and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to personal lines clients handling inquiries renewals and policy changes.
Quote bind and issue new and renewal business.
Identify opportunities to crosssell and upsell coverage where appropriate.
Negotiate with carrier underwriters to secure the best rates and terms for clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Work with multiple carriers and rating systems to provide customized insurance solutions.
Ensure complete and accurate account management from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with personal lines insurance in an agency or brokerage setting.
Proficiency in quoting binding and issuing policies across various carriers.
Familiarity with different rating systems and carrier platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently.
Must hold an active Property & Casualty License.
