Job Description
Tasks
Planning and Scheduling Plan and schedule activities in a manner that there is seamless movement of goods resulting in cost and time effectiveness
Systems and Compliance Ensure that all rules and regulations laid by the Company and regulatory authorities are adhered to and complied resulting in minimal errors. Develop and follow system generated approach to derive all benefits of such activity
Documentation and MIS Understand specific needs and create templates or checklist of documents to be maintained. Ensure correctness of documents at every stage of activity. Compile data gather information to convert it into MIS to take strategic decisions
Responsible for maintaining GST Data by Purchase order/ receipts.
Maintain Bill of Entry data in BaaN module.
Responsible to communicate with customers for deliveries and provide support for einvoice printing with Indian customers/ CHA for import queries.
Qualifications
Diploma or Graduate in Commerce with minimum 2 years of work relevant experience
Working experience on ERP like BaaN SAP etc.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Flexibility (working hours and tasks arranged to suit customer requirements)
