Job Overview
The Sr Product Manager Reverse Logistics is a skilled and motivated Product Manager with a strong background in reverse supply chain operations to manage the strategic roadmap of supply chain initiatives. The Sr Product Manager will act as a bridge between business stakeholders (process owners) technical (IT) teams and the broader organization to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and innovative solutions that improve supply chain operations. This role is responsible for the strategic planning prioritization and handson management of the product roadmap.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Ownership

  • Define and own the product vision strategy and roadmap for the reverse supply chain solutions aligning with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements.
  • Own the product lifecycle for telecom supply chain platforms and tools including demand planning procurement systems logistics tracking warehouse operations and asset management.
  • Understand business processes and offer futurestate recommendations to steer toward leading practice outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into actionable product requirements with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Understand and evaluate internal and external technological tools and solutions to support product roadmap.
  • Engage and support vendor management and selection of tools and solutions.
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed product requirements user stories and technical specifications.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with supply chain teams customerfacing product teams and broader crossfunctional stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all productrelated inquiries managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
  • Create reverse supply chain roadmap that considers and incorporates larger enterprise product roadmaps and timelines.

Process Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement across the supply chain.
  • Analyze existing workflows and recommend enhancements using datadriven insights and industry best practices.
  • Ensure that product solutions meet compliance requirements within the supply chain domain.

Data Driven Decision Making

  • Utilize KPIs and data analytics to monitor the performance of supply chain solutions and guide prioritization decisions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and innovations in supply chain technologies.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.(Required) Masters Degree Preferred
  • 7 years of experience in product management or supply chain operations. (Required)
  • Experience building product roadmaps within a large supply chain organization. (Required)
  • Experience with supply chain systems such as ERP WMS TMS Supply Chain Planning or similar platforms. (Required)
  • Telecom experience preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and product management tools like Jira Confluence and roadmap platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs system integrations and cloudbased solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain systems in market and on the horizon.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a detailoriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

  • Timely delivery of product roadmap.
  • Increased efficiency and cost savings in supply chain operations.
  • High stakeholder satisfaction and user adoption rates.

    Coppell Compensation Range: $140600 $190200

    Base Pay Range: $121600 $219400

    Corporate Bonus Target: 20

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
