WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our team is looking for two North America Partner Marketing Specialists. One will support one of our key strategic partner accounts for Nike . The other will support a portfolio of accounts focused on serving our Womens Style Specialty consumer.
This entails helping to create & execute dynamic alwayson and seasonal brand plans in service of both partner account needs and Nikes brand priorities. You will drive endtoend accountability of assigned projects workstreams alongside various functional partners from both marketing and business teams.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide input and support to the creation of seasonal brand plans for the account.
- Partner with NA and City brand marketing teams to integrate key account plans into the holistic Nike marketing journey in North America.
- Keep the pulse on consumer brand competition and industry trends. Leverage these insights to help inform strategic proposals and decision making.
- Provide support to local teams for during ontheground activations.
- Act as the Product Center of Excellence for the account and act as the goto expert for all key FW & APP styles for the season (and 365.
- Access and place orders via internal platforms (SAP etc. for all product needs (seeding asset creation event activation etc..
- Manage sort and distribute all product orders including organization and maintenance of product storage areas.
- Work closely with inventory management and promo planning team to place seasonal product buys.
- Understanding of the landscape of our broader partner account network tiering of accounts and where how level of support based on priority.
- Develop personal and team expertise in supporting Nike tools & project management platforms (Air Table BOX Slack Keynote Coupa etc..
- Drive initiative recap and teardown process tracking cumulative results and collaborating to identify insights to inform future work.
- Help manage annual seasonal budget as needed.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As part of the Partner Marketing Team in North America you will work to be an instrumental member of the Partner Marketplace team. Internally you will be working and collaborating with a multitude of crossfunctional partners including (but not limited to) brand marketing city marketing Performance Running EKINs and sales teams. Externally you will be working closely with partners on the account as well agency partners to help bring plans to life.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field.
- 3 years of experience in brand marketing retail marketing field marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding retail channels.
- Can translate observation to insight; insight to opportunity strategy; and strategy to plan .
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners both externally and internally.
- Excellence in project management and executions with the ability to lead/support multiple workstreams & tasks.
- Experience with public speaking and presenting work to larger groups and diverse
- audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 20 of the time.
- Deep curiosity and desire to grow.
- Proactive problem solver ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution
- Cando demeanor with shown ability of adapting to change in business needs or direction.
