Job Summary
The position oversees the human resources function for North America region. The role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders providing expert guidance to support the goals achievement and drive business performance. The position will collaborate closely with leadership and crossfunctional HR teams to deliver solutions in talent management organizational design workforce planning employee relations and culture development and will be responsible for deployment of global HR strategy in NA region and work with stakeholders to strengthen the HR foundations.
Job Description
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute global HR strategies aligned with the global HR strategy of Traction
Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to take the organizational and talent initiatives on business development needs
Implement a comprehensive succession plan to support the talents career development and achieve the longterm organizations success
Implement strategic initiatives aimed at attracting nurturing and retaining highcaliber talent
Drive initiatives related to organizational design and change management to support business growth and transformation
Foster a culture of inclusion diversity and employee engagement across the global workforce
Guide leaders on desired staffing and organizational structure models to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Drive manager accountability for effectively fulfilling the role of the manager (e.g. development performance management succession and talent management and pay for performance)
Serve as a change management leader effectively preparing managers and leaders to drive change
Engage internal partners as appropriate to ensure opportunities are addressed systemically and consistently with a focus on creating a culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate with Finance and functional leaders to develop and manage budgets effectively
Manage HRrelated risks and develop strategies to mitigate legal and compliance issues on a global scale
Participate in and/or lead specific projects as assigned
Collaborate with MOEN SSC on regional HR matters
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of human resources business administration or related field MBA is preferred
8 years of experience in human resources management including 3 years in a leadership role at least
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive HR initiatives that support the longterm success of the organization
Expertise in adapting to changing business needs and driving continuous improvement in HR practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a broad audience
Ability to work independently and function well in a team and matrix structure
Ability to multitask and to be a resourceful and effective problem solver with attention to detail
Technical proficiency with Workday and Microsoft applications preferred
Regular and reliable attendance at work is required and an essential function of the position
Ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy when handling employee information
Proactive with a sense of ownership
Willingness to travel

Salary range: 80k110k DOE
