Welcome to the Sales Internship at CoStar Group! This 10week program offers a unique opportunity for college students eager to jumpstart their careers in sales with handson exposure to leading brands such as CoStar and LoopNet. Based in Dallas youll gain valuable experience working directly with our Sales team contributing to key sales initiatives and learning how to drive business success within the commercial real estate and property technology sectors.

As a Sales Intern you will collaborate closely with seasoned sales professionals providing support across various sales functions while gaining insight into the sales process and the platforms we offer. This is your chance to build a foundation for a successful sales career in a fastpaced dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in lead generation market research and prospecting using CoStar and LoopNet.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales professionals to understand client needs and participate in meetings and market events to learn our industry and sales process.
  • Market Research: Research industry trends competitor activities and business opportunities to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Operations: Help organize sales materials manage CRM systems and track sales performance.
  • Brand Exposure: Gain knowledge of CoStar Groups products and services and how they impact the commercial real estate market.
