Overview:
Responsible for working with families in Healthy Homes rental housing to provide referrals to resources as needed including rental support workforce development financial literacy food resources and education supports.
- Connect residents to HNHF and community resources as needed.
- Host or participate in network meetings and community events such as health fairs backtoschool days and homebuyer education.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and be discreet
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

- Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project.
- Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility.
