What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will manage a varied caseload ensuring a strengthbased approach underpins all assessments. You will undertake risk assessment safeguarding enquiries Mental Capacity and Best Interest assessments. You will work collaboratively with health and social care professionals participating in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments and multiagency forums. You will ensure service delivery aligns with legislation financial resources and quality standards. Additionally you will maintain accurate records highquality reports and compliance with data protection laws. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of adults in the community providing essential support and guidance.
