About the Role

Braden Business Systems is seeking a friendly detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our inoffice team at our Fishers IN headquarters. As the first point of contact for many of our customers this role plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional client experiences by handling service requests processing equipment usage data and answering customer questions regarding service contracts and billing.

This position thrives in a fastpaced environment and requires someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator highly organized and motivated by a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of incoming phone calls.
  • Enter customer orders and log service requests accurately using internal CRM and data entry tools.
  • Track and update service tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Assist with customer billing processes including usage tracking and service contract invoicing.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding account details service contracts and billing with clarity and empathy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Operate independently and as part of a team in a dynamic office setting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferably in a highvolume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Positive teamfirst attitude with a focus on problemsolving and followthrough.
  • Reliable punctual and capable of managing time efficiently.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
