Qualifications
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Active Indiana medical license and board certification in relevant specialty.
- Experience:1 years in clinical practice; hospital or public health experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems care coordination and compliance protocols.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication leadership adaptability and commitment to ethical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medical evaluations diagnoses and evidencebased treatments.
- Document care accurately in medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure coverage during absences.
- Mentor staff supervise workflows and educate patients/families on health management.
- Participate in continuing education and report adverse actions to administration.
- Uphold medical staff bylaws and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
