Position Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and technically capable FrontEnd Production Specialist to support our digital marketing and content delivery initiatives. This role focuses on the and maintenance of frontend content including email development landing page builds and basic web updates. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in HTML/CSS understands email marketing practices and collaborates closely with design copy and project management teams to bring creative concepts to life across platforms.
This is an offshore role designed to support global creative operations and will serve as a vital production partner to the onshore creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code and develop HTML marketing emails from design files or templates ensuring consistent rendering across devices and email clients.
- Assist with landing page builds and light frontend web edits using HTML/CSS in alignment with existing brand templates.
- Input content into CMS platforms (such as Adobe Experience Manager) with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the deployment and QA of digital marketing assets ensuring they meet creative and technical standards.
- Collaborate with designers copywriters and project managers to ensure timely and highquality production.
- Help perform A/B testing setup and assist with tagging or tracking requirements where needed.
- Adhere to brand UX and accessibility standards throughout all projects.
- Continuously learn and adopt best practices in email development and digital production.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- 35years of frontend development or email production experience preferably in a creative marketing or agency environment.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS is required.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. AEM WordPress) and email marketing platforms (e.g. Eloqua Salesforce Marketing Cloud Mailchimp).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator) and FIGMA for asset handling.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality control.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced global team environment.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to follow technical briefs.
