KeyResponsibilities:
- Perform inspections maintenance and repairs on commercial roofing systems (TPO EPDM PVC Modified Bitumen Metal etc.
- Troubleshoot leak calls and execute repairs with precision
- Document work performed with detailed reports and photos
- Ensure job site cleanliness and safety compliance at all times
- Communicate effectively with service managers and clients
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in commercial roofing
- Strong knowledge of lowslope roofing systems
- Ability to climb ladders and work in various weather conditions
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills
