Job Description
Title: Investigator
Unit: Pharmacy Benefits Management
Salary Range: $55000 $70000 commensurate with experience and qualifications
FLSA Status: Nonexempt
Location of Work: Oklahoma City
Schedule: Fulltime
Position Description: Performs responsible investigations of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) companies licensed in the State of Oklahoma. These investigations are conducted under the statutory authority of the Patients Right to Pharmacy Choice Act the Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act and other PBM related Oklahoma State Statutes. This is not a law enforcement position and CLEET certification is not necessary.
Unit Summary:
The PBM Compliance & Enforcement Unit ensures that Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) comply with the Patients Right to Pharmacy Choice Act Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act and other related Oklahoma statutes and regulations.
