We are delighted to be assisting a charming gastropub with rooms thats bursting with character. Set in the pictureperfect village of BourtonontheWater they are known for their warm welcome and hearty comforting dishes. They are now looking for a Head Chef to lead their small brigade of five and put their stamp on a wellestablished kitchen.

- 45000 package
- 45 hours per week over 5 days

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Leading a passionate kitchen team of 5 ensuring smooth daytoday operations
- Serving up delicious comforting food that guests want to come back for
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene stock control and ordering
- Working closely with the FOH team to deliver a joinedup guest experience
- Supporting and developing your team to bring out their best
