About the Role
Were looking for a FrontEnd Engineer to join our engineering team working on largescale highimpact applications built with React GraphQL and Micro Frontends (MFEs).
Youll play a key role in shaping the user experience driving technical decisions and mentoring engineers across the team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scaled environment enjoys solving complex problems and has a deep appreciation for clean architecture performance and nonfunctional requirements (NFRs).
Technical Skills:
FrontEnd Frameworks: Strong proficiency in React (Hooks Context API component design)
UI Development: Translating Figma designs into pixelperfect accessible responsive interfaces
State Management: Experience with tools like Redux Redux Toolkit Zustand
GraphQL: Handson experience integrating frontend with backend services
Architecture & Performance: Component architecture code splitting React Query TanStack Query memoization
Micro Frontends (MFEs): Building scalable apps using micro frontend patterns
Monorepo: Experience with Monorepo GitHub
Testing: Unit integration and E2E testing using modern frameworks
Design Systems: Familiarity with any component library like MUI Bootstart etc.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration
Mentorship and PR review capabilities
Proactive attitude towards unclear requirements or design flaws
Agile mindset with experience in estimation and planning ceremonies
Key Requirements
58 years of professional frontend development experience
Deep experience with React GraphQL and modern state management
Ability to develop modular maintainable and performant frontend code
Prior exposure to largescale applications and scaled engineering teams
Strong attention to performance UX and nonfunctional requirements
Comfort with TrunkBased Development and CI/CD practices
Experience working within a design system and contributing to shared component libraries
Understanding of frontend monitoring telemetry and production readiness
Experience in agile development environments
