  • Work collaboratively across the various Enabling Functions Teams that provide support to our front of house operations

About the Role

Our Workplaces team is expanding and were looking for a Welcome Crew Brisbane to join our vast community of solvers. The Workplaces team brings our purpose to life by processing and confirming meeting room bookings and associated catering providing assistance to staff visitors and clients providing information and options.

Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • Customer Service
  • Booking Management
  • Operational Coordination

  • Effective Communication

In our Workplaces team your impact will be seen by:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests and staff both in person and via telephone and email
  • Providing assistance to staff and clients and guide/advise on suitable spaces and options to suit their requirements
  • Ensuring the best experience for our guests clients and staff with processing and confirmation of bookings ensuring all add ons are included e.g. catering AV
  • Liaising with and keep updated internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are in place for successful and seamless meetings training sessions events etc.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of inhouse meetings/events and spaces through coordination communication and with strong attention to detail
  • Ensuring all guests and staff receive a friendly flexible and professional levels of service resulting in an exceptional experience
  • General duties (including but not limited to):
    • Identify and report maintenance issues as required
    • Provide Workplace Manager with administrative and facility support as directed
    • Understand PwC and its office operations and refer queries to the most appropriate team or individual
    • Work collaboratively with other functions that support front of house services Catering AV Facilities
    • Purchase Order and Invoice approvals
    • Monitor and ensure the correct and proper presentation of facilities at all times
    • Ensure rooms are tidy and stocked with relevant stationery
    • Other ad hoc duties relating to room refurbishment and room catering as required from time to time
