The annual salary range for this role is $95000$115000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

This stylish and sophisticated Forbes 4Star property has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms 32000 square feet of banquet space and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant rooftop bar lobby lounge club lounge and inroom dining.
In this role you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the culinary operation with a focus on banquets managing a team of 20.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader driven to grow with the ability to drive the business forward through staff training and development creativity and strong organization. At least three 3 years of culinary management experience in banquets and an upscale environmentis required. Prior luxury hotel and union management experience are a plus.

What will I be doing
As Executive Sous Chef you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of the planning preparation production and control of all culinary operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
