Essential Skills:
Educated to at least RIBA Part 3 level
ARB Registered
Experience in design and/or delivery of living projects such as residential education or student accomidation.
Good interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and present effectively to clients.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to balance workload effectively managing multiple projects concurrently.
Strong Revit skills.
Demonstrable experience in collating and organizing technical information preparing drawings plans documents and writing reports and specifications.
