The Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting both training facilitation and project management efforts. This position is responsible for delivering engaging training sessions workshops and presentations while also managing and executing special projects that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic facilitator with strong project management skills capable of balancing multiple priorities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Cofacilitate engaging training sessions workshops and professional development opportunities for various audiences including students apprentices and supervisors.
Support and adapt training materials to meet the needs of different stakeholders as directed by CareerWise leadership.
Assist in planning and coordinating training logistics including scheduling materials preparation and participant engagement.
Gather and send feedback surveys.
Serve as a key point of contact for trainingrelated questions and logistics and support.
Lead and support special projects that align with strategic initiatives ensuring effective and timely completion.
Support project management for existing grant management.
Supporting the CWC team with administrative functions; including scheduling calendar upkeep agendas.
Develop and manage project plans including timelines milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to support alignment and successful project outcomes.
Support Apprentice projects in administrative projects.
Track project progress and provide regular updates and reports to leadership.
13 years of experience in training facilitation or project management.
Strong ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences in training settings.
Experience managing projects from initiation to completion with attention to detail and organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite and project management tools.
Experience working with youth educators or workforce development programs.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Location:
This role is based in Denver Colorado. CareerWise staff typically work a hybrid work schedule with varying days in the office and other days remote. Remote work isnotguaranteed and the schedule must be approved by the supervisor. There may be occasions (possibly 13 times per year) for staff to gather together in person. Exceptions will be made for special circumstances.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $53045$63645annually; this role is not covered by the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the FLSA.
