RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our clients team in Benoni. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and driven professional to lead the commercial function of a dynamic business. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all commercial activities of the business to meet revenue targets
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate highvalue contracts and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports
- Collaborate closely with operational and finance teams to align commercial objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar senior role
- Strong understanding of sales strategies financial principles and market analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
