Scaffolding Department Manager
Redi Services LLC a leader in the Industrial Services Industry is in search of a Scaffolding Department Manager to join our Reno NV team. This is a fulltime longterm opportunity with a familyowned company. Safety is our top priority Redi Services LLC. has exciting plans for 2025. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage lead evaluate plan develop and implement best in class safety performance.
- Estimate review and bid approval as per the contract and procurement process.
- Conduct project planning and scheduling for assigned projects or tasks.
- Authorize the purchase of materials and supplies as per the contract and procurement process.
- Ensure the company is following all government laws regulations and codes.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills. Having and using your strong organization skills.
- Possess a strong desire to learn.
- Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft.
- Ability to pass preemployment and periodic screenings.
- Experience and proficiency in Scaffold Building
- Willing to work at heights.
- Create work plans without supervision.
- Use JSAs and JSOs while keeping track of all paperwork needed for all tasks
- Proficiency in all pieces of equipment and their use in a safe manner meeting all regulatory requirements.
*Must have 5 years of Scaffolding experience with at least 2 of those years as a manager.
*OSHA 10 OSHA 40 and MSHA preferred.
Salary: $80000$95000 DOE.
