The Opportunity
TC Energys Canadian Natural Gas Pipelines unit hasopenings in its Business Analyst Rotation Program with anticipated start dates in May 2025 (or potentially earlier in 2025 based on corporate needs and applicant availability).
The Business Analyst Rotation Program is aimed towards new graduate and early career professionals looking to gain a range of experiences build business acumen and grow their careers at TC Energy. The Business Analyst will spend approximately 12 months in three different Business Analyst roles over a threeyear period. The Business Analyst will rotate through various teams based on their development plan and Canada Gas business needs reporting to the manager of their respective rotation area. The Business Analyst Rotation Program Management will support and monitor development plans and career progression throughout the rotation. The Business Analyst will participate in performance reviews with their rotation area manager on an annual cycle.
Through each rotation youll obtain a broad understanding of TC Energys business and have varying degrees of analytical and customerfocused responsibility. Upon completion of the threeyear rotation program you will remain a core employee and transition into a nonrotational role. The Program Lead and Business Analyst will work together to find a suitable position outside of the Rotation Program rotation roles that is aligned with the Analysts experience and career goals.
