Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $780 $1125 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customerfocused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional service and support through inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Provide information about products services promotions and policies to customers.
- Conduct followup calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and effectively upsell products and services as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
