We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Tender Administrator to join our client in the healthcare sector based in Cornubia Durban.
This role is key to ensuring the successful compilation preparation and submission of tender documentation from start to finish specifically within the healthcare and medical services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the endtoend tender process: review documentation compile required materials and ensure submissions meet all specifications.
Draft format and organize tender documents accurately and professionally.
Interpret and align submissions with detailed tender requirements ensuring full compliance.
Thoroughly understand and apply the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) and related regulations.
Coordinate inputs from various departments and ensure submission deadlines are met.
Maintain organized records of all tender activities and documentation.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration Procurement or a related healthcare field.
Experience with public sector tenders (RFQs RFPs) and eTender platforms.
Previous work with private or public healthcare schemes.
Proven experience in tender administration preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
Experience in medical billing with a working knowledge of ICD10 CPT and NAPPI codes will be an advantage
Consignment stock processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
