About the Role

Were seeking a seasoned product leader to shape the future of Karbon AIs product vision and strategy. As a key member of our team youll play a pivotal role in driving product innovation collaborating closely with engineering design sales and customer success to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your work will directly inform product strategy pricing and GTM motion.

What Youll Do

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Karbons AIs suite of products. Work directly with the CPO on the core strategy and vision.
• Conduct deep customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Translate customer insights into detailed product specifications and use cases.
• Ensuring alignment with business goals and customer value.
• Collaborate closely with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales and customer success to enable successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Evangelize and communicate Karbon AIs product and vision directly with customers analysts and the global community of practitioners.

Who You Are

• 10 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of success in the SaaS space.
• Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies from concept to go to market
• Deep understanding of data privacy data security and/or AI governance
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Datadriven mindset with a focus on using metrics to measure product performance and customer impact.
• Passion for building innovative products that solve realworld problems
• You understand agentic workflows and/or have done something similar in the past.
