What Youll Bring:

Were looking for a Third Party Risk Analyst to join our growing team.

Day to Day Youll Be:

  • Create maintain and distribute TPRM reports for internal and external stakeholder review and actioning
  • Collaborate with cross functional peers to develop and improve existing TPRM data and reporting; to meet the continually changing stakeholder requirements
  • Analyse TP performance through MI with any key concerns or issues being promptly highlighted and escalated to the TP Risk Manager for further action where required
  • Provide regular insights on TP performance to stakeholders to allow more effectively goforward management
  • Provide TPRM support and guidance to key stakeholders specifically on its requirements to ensure stakeholders are aware of their BAU responsibilities and effectively complete their duties
  • Liaise with TPs and stakeholders to arrange regular review meetings (attending as required) and maintain any resultant action plans defined by Relationship Owners (ROs) related risks and Issue Logs to improve any supplier specific performance shortfalls
  • Ensuring the TU TP Inventory is effectively maintained including adding new TPs and working with Procurement colleagues to gather an appropriate level of information as part of the onboarding process.
  • Ensure TP governance and risk documentation is maintained uptodate and regularly reviewed as per requirements to the highest standards i.e. Tiering Meeting Minutes Exit Plans Risk Registers etc.
  • Create and maintain TP performance scorecards using data provided by ROs
  • Ensure the timely and effective management and escalation any TP compliance matters or issues
  • Assess and monitor any key supply chain and subcontracting risks ensuring a full subcontracting list is maintained and regularly refreshed and promote effective and timely remedial activity as required
  • Work with stakeholders on the timely remediation of Third Line (Internal Audit) actions and ensure adequate remediation evidence is subsequently captured
  • Work with key stakeholders and TP Risk Manager to improve any shortfalls in adherence to the TPRM policy and minimum standards; with appropriate escalation where required
  • Work with TPs stakeholders and the TP Risk Manager to further enhance the overarching supplier performance monitoring / evaluation process
  • Where there is an identified deviation in performance from a conduct risk or compliance perspective ensure robust action plans are generated and actions followed up on a timely basis
  • Provide regular TP insights to the Procurement team to inform key sourcing and renewal decisions
  • Create and maintain business toolkit i.e. policy process templates guides. etc.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience and proficient as an analyst with ideally a genuine interest in effective TP management
  • Experience in TPRM Supplier Management and/or Risk Management per se
  • An excellent communicator with ability to develop and manage potentially complex relationships
  • Well organised having the ability to prioritise a diverse workload in line with tight reporting and other externally driven deadlines
  • Demonstrates flexibility and a genuine can do attitude to successfully overcome barriers and an innovative approach to problem solving
  • A relevant qualification and/or relevant commercial experience and expertise


Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Worked in Financial services or similar regulated industry including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) European Banking Authority (EBA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA).
  • Knowledge of Analytics Software i.e. Power BI or equivalent
