Wir sind ein kleines Team von Technical Consultants verantwortlich dafr dass groe Unternehmen automatisiert und einfach Stellenanzeigen auf XING verffentlichen. Dafr verbinden wir die HR Software unserer Kundinnen mit XING direkt. Fr den Job solltest du daher ausreichend technisches Interesse mitbringen dich in diese Infrastruktur hineinzufuchsen und gleichzeitig empathisch unsere nichttechnischen Anwenderinnen beraten. #xingjob

Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bearbeitest Anfragen von Kundinnen rund um unsere JobProdukte.
- Du untersttzt beim Ausspielen von Stellenanzeigen auf XING.
- Du analysierst Fehlermeldungen und findest Lsungen.
- Du beantwortest interne Fragen zur technischen JobAnbindung.
Das bringst Du mit:
- Du studierst aktuell und hast noch mind. 1 Jahre Studium vor Dir
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gutes Englisch.
- Technik interessiert dich auch ohne ITBackground.
- Du hast Spa am Kontakt mit Kundinnen.
- Auch als Quereinsteigerin bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen.
