RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for making outbound customer reminder calls
- Generate customer appointments by means of pregenerated list
- Handleincoming phone calls
- Be available to respond to phone AND email inquiries in a professional wellspoken manner
- Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for otherdepartments promptly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Selfmotivated and goal oriented
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
- Must have a clean & valid drivers license
