About the Role: At WITHIN we champion growth innovation and forwardthinking creativity. Now were looking for a Senior Creative Lead who embodies this ethos: a talented multidisciplinary creative who can ideate design and craft our clients digital narratives. Boasting several years of experience in the realm of digital content creation with a strong social and digital portfolio you know what it takes to grow brands through exciting engaging and beautiful content. Were looking for someone thats interested in pushing the boundaries to work in a lean structure and help grow both our clients as well as our team.
Responsibilities
- PerformanceFocused Content Creation: Craft content with intent. From ideation to youll be charged with weaving our clients visual identity voice and ethos into groundbreaking content pushing engagement and metrics beyond set KPIs.
- Multifaceted Ideation and Creative Development: Brainstorm concept plan produce edit and write copy for content within a lean structure to bring ideas to life.
- Trend Analysis & Application: Vigilantly monitor the digital sphere. Absorb emerging social trends ensuring our content remains at the front of relevance and innovation. When a trend surfaces youre already brainstorming how to adapt it to our unique brand narrative.
- DetailOriented PostProduction & Delivery: Ensure each content piece undergoes a rigorous postproduction process and QA. From video edits image selection and retouching to quality checks every detail matters.
- Operational Mastery: Command multiple projects. Adhere to tight schedules and ensure an iterative approach valuing feedback and refining accordingly.
Requirements
- Solid Track Record: 45 years of experience creating and producing paid and organic social content. Your portfolio should showcase proficiency across diverse industries.
- Beauty Brand Experience: At least 2 years of experience creating compelling digital content for beauty brands is required. Your work should demonstrate an understanding of the beauty market and its visual language.
- Technical Prowess: Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro Photoshop After Effects) Figma and CapCut. Photo and video camera operations audio recording nuances and lighting techniques should be second nature to you.
- Studio Proficiency: Over 3 years of planning and running instudio shoots. This includes everything from setting up the perfect shot to ensuring the lighting captures our clients energy.
- Intuitive Insights: A holistic grasp of the social media landscape is crucial including emerging trends and the undercurrents shaping them.
- Versatility: Equally adept at teambased and solo projects. The ability to pivot between collaboration and independent endeavors is critical.
- Rapid Adaptability: A dynamic environment isnt a challenge but an opportunity. This role demands proactive problemsolving and an innate drive.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate well with clients and internal stakeholders is a must.
- Production Budget Management: Ability to bid forecast keep a running total and reconcile wrapped budgets for your shoots.
Nice to Have:
- Generative AI Experience: Proficiency in tools like Midjourney Stable Diffusion and ChatGPT.
- Retouching: Photo retouching experience.
- Styling & Set/Prop Design: Experience with wardrobe selection and curation set design and prop selection/styling.
- Food & Beverage Production: Experience generating content for food and beverage brands particularly alcohol and spirits is a plus.
- Fashion/Retail Production: Experience generating content for retail and/or fashion brands.
