Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes identifying areas for improvement and providing datadriven insights to support strategic decisionmaking. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect analyze and interpret operational data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track operational performance.
Generate regular and adhoc reports to provide insights to management and stakeholders.
Use statistical analysis and modeling techniques to forecast future performance and identify potential risks.
Pull and aggregate ICP data to support sales play and develop reporting at various levels to substantiate sales play results and engagement
Process Improvement:
Evaluate existing operational processes and identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve service quality.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement changes and ensure successful adoption.
Document and maintain process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Project Support:
Assist in the planning and of operational projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and costbenefit analyses for proposed projects.
Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.
Provide analytical support to project teams.
Problem Solving:
Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
Identify root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
Work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
Documentation and Communication:
Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of operational processes and procedures.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in operational practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Economics Statistics or a related field.
35 years of experience in an operations analysis or related role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel Google Sheets DOMO)
Experience with ERP systems NetSuite)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Project management experience.
Knowledge of statistical modeling and forecasting.
