Job Description
JOB GOAL:To assist in maintaining the building and grounds in a safe attractive comfortable clean and efficient operating :1.A High School diploma or training and experience that are considered in custodial and to lift 50 pounds.4.A proficiency in general repair painting cleaning and operating cleaning equipment.5.A working knowledge of heating air conditioning and ventilating systems.6.A neat ability to communicate in a courteous complete and pass a BCII and FBI check.
