The Clinical Applications Support Coordinator will support all business units within Mosaic Health and is responsible for supporting the needs of clinical applications; providing remote and onsite support to users. They will apply proven problem solving customer service and communication skills to help identify
communicate and resolve end user issues. The IT Clinical Applications Support Coordinator must have a strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and processes.
Responsibilities
Provide phone support to users
Respond to requests and incidents by phone email support queue onsite visits or remotecontrol sessions
Track and log all requests for service into ticket tracking system
Resolve incidents and service requests
Perform problem resolution research and document solutions
Provide support during Go Lives and system upgrades
Serve as a primary point of contact for clinical staff regarding ITrelated workflows and application
support.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of EHR and other clinical applications to enhance provider efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting clinical workflows.
Analyze system usage and workflow efficiency providing recommendations for process improvements.
Monitor and track systemrelated issues escalating complex technical problems to the Clinical Applications Manager as needed.
Support clinical teams in onboarding new technologies ensuring proper adoption and compliance with IT policies.
Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials user guides and standard operating procedures.
Participate in system testing updates and new feature rollouts to ensure seamless integration into clinical operations.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT Practice Optimization and Compliance to align technology solutions with operational needs.
Travel to various practice locations as needed to provide onsite support training and system validation.
Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of handson experience in healthcare IT clinical informatics or clinical support roles.
Strong understanding of EHR systems (Athena experience preferred) and other healthcare applications.
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and operational challenges in a medical practice setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare database software.
Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and providing enduser support.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills to bridge clinical and IT teams effectively.
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.

High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Physical Demands
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force
frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists hands and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
