About the Role: Were hiring a handson entrepreneurial Offline Marketing Growth Manager to lead hyperlocal communityfocused acquisition campaigns. This role focuses on building strong grassroots networks with gig workers service providers RWAs and community partners to boost trust and adoption of Paytms offerings.
Expectations/ Requirements:
Regional Market Analysis:
Conduct indepth market research to identify opportunities segment the target audience within the new region and adapt marketing efforts accordingly.
City Market & Activation:Lead the endtoend of regional marketing campaigns from concept to delivery across digital social media and offline channels.
Coordinate with creative teams to produce regionspecific content ensuring it is engaging and relevant.
Community Engagement: Partner with gig workers delivery agents freelancers and RWAs to drive awareness and user growth.
Onground Campaigns: Lead field activations roadshows and popup events in hightraffic areas.
Referral Channel Development: Recruit and manage local referral partners brand promoters and agents.
Partnerships: Collaborate with trade unions coworking hubs housing societies and marketplaces.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (signups CAC engagement) and optimize campaigns.
CrossFunctional Coordination: Work closely with the product sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new users.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1 57 years experience in offline marketing community growth (fintech edtech FMCG mobility preferred).
2. Strong network in the gig economy or community engagement background.
3. Creative thinker with strong skills and datadriven mindset.
ability to scale 01 user growth through offline strategies.
5. Proven ability to design and execute localized growth experiments.
6. Ability to manage field teams promoters and onground vendors.
7. Must speak the regional language.
8. Ability and willingness to independently manage all compliancerelated functions and activities.
9. Proactive and strategic approach in addressing compliance challenges ensuring seamless alignment with regulatory expectations and organizational objectives.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred.
