Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst
This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.
Cherokee Analytics is seeking a Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to support our Government client.
Compensation & Benefits:

Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting AnalystResponsibilities Include:
- Conduct advanced collection Processing Exploitation Dissemination (PED) reporting and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.
- Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations targeting HUMINT and exploitation operations cyber operations and indications and warnings threat estimates.
- Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multiintelligence assessments.
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned
Senior OSINT/PAI Targeting AnalystExperience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Minimum of 12 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
- Minimum of three 3 years of specific experience in OSINT/PAl exploitation directly supporting special operations intelligence operations kinetic/nonkinetic targeting and/or HUMINT lead development.
- Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred.
- Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing translating and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAl social media or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience
- Minimum two 2 years of experience with digital signature reduction.
- Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available allsource intelligence tools databases and repositories as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
- Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAl tools databases and repositories as well as OSINT research and methodology and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media the internet commercially available data and deep/dark web data sources).
- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAl authorities regulations and policy.
- Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Superior verbal briefing skills with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.
- Must pass preemployment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
