Willingness to take on leadership roles at the school such as coordinating activities planning performances in the school and community and communication initiatives. 4. Willingness to participate in after school and evening events for students and parents5. Commitment to managing and maintaining the schools inventory of supplies.6. Willingness to work districtwide with other Worcester Public Schools teachers7. Demonstrated ability to provide rigorous expectations for students6. Demonstrated ability to teach beginners and intermediate learners 6. Demonstrated understanding of using and analyzing data to drive instruction8. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission and vision of Burncoat Middle/Burncoat High QUALIFICATIONS:1. Demonstrated experience supporting students with special needs2. Ability to speak Albanian Arabic Nepali Portuguese Spanish Vietnamese or an African Language.
